Brief introduction of research:

Zhang Tong, Ph.D. in microbiology, graduated from Ocean University of China in 2010. Mainly  Research was focused on development and utilization of marine microbial resources, cloning and expression of functional genes of marine microorganisms during my Ph.D.. At present, our team mainly focused on metabolic engineering of Kluyveromyces marxianus in order to gain the recombinant yeast which could simultaneous saccharify and ferment the whole components of Jerusalem artichoke tube. These reseach was funded by natural science foundation of Jiangsu province. Based on these reseach, over 20 papers were published on SCI source journal.
