Dr Lim Yong Kwan current research interests are technology-mediated communications, leadership/gender and entrepreneurship. She has published in well-ranked journals including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Small Business Management (Forthcoming), Information and Organization and Sex Roles: Journal of Research and had several papers accepted at various reputable international and national conferences including ICIS, AOM, AMCIS, PACIS, GDN and JAIS Theory Development Workshop. She also has a book chapter published.
