Abstract:
Currently the presence of foreign multi-national corporations (MNCs) in any country is expected to benefit the host- country human capital development through training and development programs and knowledge transfer process that occurs in the workplace. MNCs has been identified as an important conduit in providing the foundation towards human capital development due to MNCs capability in providing training on the latest technology to the local workforce. For local employees or host-country nationals (HNCs) knowledge acquisition is critical for their skills enrichment, as it provides the opportunity for their skills and knowledge enhancement. Central to the issue of knowledge acquisition, is the individual employee’s absorptive capacity. In any organizations, knowledge is effectively transferred to the respective recipients only when the individuals is able to acquire the specific knowledge. This activity allows host-country national (HCN) workers to become expert or specialist in the related area. Therefore, in order to understand the effectiveness of individual knowledge acquisition within MNCs, it is crucial to examine the individual absorptive capacity of host-country national (HCN) workers.

Foreign Direct investment (FDI) is a significant role the economic development and growth of nation. Indian Foreign Investment policy has been arranged to inviting for foreign investment in India. For almost all the nations globally (FDI) has become an essential part of national development strategies. After liberalization policy has given great opportunity in employment. New policy of FDI reforms have given to hope to new business to step in and compete. In the recent times FDI in India has contributed effectively to the overall growth of the economy. An impact of FDI inflow has on India's transfer of new technology and innovative ideas; improving infrastructure, they are providing employment and income generation activities in county. Thus makes a competitive business environment.
To achieve the required investment to fast-track economic growth and development. Developing countries need large foreign inflows. Through new economic policy for FDI India has got a change in the flow of foreign direct Investment The purpose of the study is to focus the current scenario of FDI flow in India. The World Bank reports say that India will grow by this policy 2018-19. The aim of the paper to know the new policies of FDI in India.

Abstract:
This article discusses the technology innovation pattern of enterprise formed through integration of internal and external resources in the face of demand change and continuous competition by using a case study of Dalian Gona Technology Co.,Ltd.. The study finds that the core of the enterprise’s technology innovation is the effective integration of internal andexternal resources. Enterprises can improve the technology innovation capability and gain the sustainable competitive advantage through the construction of innovation network including colony aggregation and chain integration. This pattern either substantiates the traditional theory of technology innovation and offers a guidance for technology innovation practices of enterprises in China.
