PUBLICATION
1. Submit to the Conference
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICESCE 2019 will be published in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES)(Online ISSN: 1755-1315, Print ISSN:1755-1307) and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

1.所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将录用论文将由IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES)(Online ISSN: 1755-1315 Print ISSN: 1755-1307)出版，见刊后由期刊社提交至 EI 、SCOPUS 检索，目前该出版社EI检索非常稳定。

2.Selected 10 papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.
Journal 1 (IF ≈ 0.9): Energy-related technologies, science and equipment; thermals.
Journal 2 (IF ≈ 2.5): Mycotoxins related topics.
Journal 3 (IF ≈ 2.2): New materials and technologies in the electronics field, recently focusing on electrochemistry.
Journal 4 (IF ≈ 1.4): Modeling, analysis, optimization and control of advanced power and energy systems.
SCI期刊（论文需不少于10页， 仅可通过邮箱service@keoaeic.org投稿，且需标注“SCI-ICREEP2019”）
期刊1（IF约0.9）：能源相关的技术、科学、设备；热学。
期刊2（IF约2.5）：食品科技、霉菌毒素相关主题。
期刊3（约2.2）：电子领域的新材料和技术。 近期比较关注电化学方向的文章。
期刊4（约1.4）：先进电力和能源系统的建模，分析，优化和控制主题。
*All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to service@keoaeic.org , and noted “SCI-ICESCE 2019".

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.
论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。
2. All papers to be considered by ICESCE2019 can submit your paper and Paper Submission Form to icesce@163.com.
ICREEP2019投稿文章可将论文及作者登记表发送到 icesce@163.com 邮箱。
3. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.
如果您的文章要投稿出版，请提交完整的论文。
4. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.
如果您只是要做口头报告，还请提交报告摘要。
