Research Area:
Research Experience and Interest (1) Low temperature sintering techniques of ceramics, especially ultra-low temperature co-fired ceramic (ULTCC) technology and cold sintering process (CSP). (2) Synthesis and characterization of microwave dielectric ceramics, thermoelectric ceramics, semiconductors, and ceramic-based composites. (3) Study on the relationship between properties and crystal structures using TEM, Raman, IR (infrared), XAFS (X-ray absorption fine structure), and impedance.
