Research Experience:
Dr. Xu Jiang is currently a professor of strategy in the School of Management at the Xi’an Jiaotong University. He got his PhD on Business Administration from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2008. He obtained a Sandwich scholarship from German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and studied at the Technology University of Darmstadt Germany from 2004-2006 during his doctoral period. He was visiting scholar at the Stockholm School of Economics Sweden in 2010, University of Michigan in 2014-2015, Western Illinois University in 2014, Rutgers in 2015-2016, and City University of Hong Kong in 2017. He is the head of three research projects granted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC Grant No. 71772148, 71272134, & 70902067).
He has published more than 70 articles in domestic and international journals including Research Policy, Journal of World Business, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of International Management, Journal of International Marketing, Long Range Planning, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, among others.
