Research Experience:
The dean of school of materials science and engineering in North Minzu University, the tutor of master degree candidate at materials science and engineering as a first lever discipline, a part-time tutor of doctoral student in Xi’an Jiaotong University and Hefei University of Technology, graduating from China Academy of Space Technology with a doctoral degree in 2003, coming out from the postdoctoral mobile research station of Condensed Matter Physics at Lanzhou University in 2008. Occupying the position of the communications review expert of Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the expert of project evaluation at the provincial and ministerial level, e.g., Science and Technology Office, Development and Reform Commission, Education Department and so on in Ningxia, as part-time jobs. The editorial board member of Vacuum Science and Technology, the director of Ningxia Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the vice president of Ningxia Society for Materials Research. Being selected in the mother stock of the Academic and Technical Leaders of National Millions of Talents Project in Ningxia with the third plane for the new century in 1998; being selected in Leading Talents of the National Civil Commission in 2016. My main direction of studying are Metallic Materials and Materials Processing Engineering. I possess two state-level scientific research items and seven provincial and ministerial scientific research items which have been accomplished or are researched now, and has published approximately 100 academic papers, among of which approximately 70 articles are collected in SCI and EI. Having got two second prizes and a third prize about Scientific and Technological Progress in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
