Experience:
Dr Herma Dina is a
Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering,
Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. degree in Chemical
Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia in 2013. She has
considerable expertise in the area of advanced materials, heterogeneous
catalysis, hydrogen energy, and wastewater treatment. She has worked as the
principal investigator and co-investigator for 17 different funded research
projects related to the reaction, chemical engineering, and wastewater
treatment. She has published 50 peer-reviewed journals including 2 prestigious
review articles in high-impact journals (Journal of Catalysis, Applied
Catalysis A: General, Chemical Engineering Journal, Industrial &
Engineering Chemistry Research, etc.), 2 book chapters (CRC Press &
Springer), and more than 20 conference proceedings. She
has served as technical and publication committee of more than 10 international
conferences in chemical engineering, catalysis, and energy. She is an
Associate Editor of Malaysian Journal of Catalysis, and Guest Editor for
several Special Issues in high-impact journals, namely, Catalysis Today
(Elsevier), Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research (American Chemical
Society), Chemical Engineering and Technology (Wiley), and Chemical Engineering
& Processing: Process Intensification (Elsevier). She
is also an active reviewer for many high-impact journals published by ACS,
Elsevier, RCS, Wiley, and Springer.
