Research Experience:
Yan Wu, Professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Finance, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, the leading talent of humanities and social science of Jiangxi province " 555 elite talent project", has won the achievement award for returned overseas students nationwide, and enjoys the special allowance of the state council government expert.
Main research fields: capital market theory, financial risk management, merger and acquisition theory, etc. He has been a visiting scholar and senior visiting scholar at the University of Windsor, Canada, the University of Otago, New Zealand and the Australian National University. He has published more than 70 papers in such important Journals as Economic Research, Finance and Trade Economics, Economic Perspectives and Statistical Research.
Presided over the completion of 3 National Social Science and Natural Science Foundation Projects, 15 provincial and ministerial projects, and won 12 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research achievements awards.
