Research Experience:
Chi-Feng Chen was born in Yunlin, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1968. He received his B. S. degree in Applied Physics from Tamkang University, in 1991, and M. S. degree in Physics from Tamkang University, in 1993. He received his Ph. D degree in electro-optic engineering from NCTU, in 1998. From 1998 to 2003, he worked with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) as a researcher in MOEMS. From 2003 to 2004, he worked with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Chung-Cheng University as an assistant professor. From 2004 to 2006, he worked with the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Institute of Opto-Mechatronics Engineering at National Central University as an assistant professor. Since 2011, he has been a professor. His research interests are in design/analysis of photonic components and modules.
